Below you will find the average delivery times for all our shipments:

After placing your order, Clara Richmond processes your order within 1–3 business days. During the week, processing usually takes one business day, but if you order on Friday evening or over the weekend, it may take a little longer.

After your order has been processed, it will be shipped and delivery takes an average of 8–12 business days.

PLACING AN ORDER

The ordering process at Clara Richmond is as simple as possible.

First, go to the product page and add the desired product to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to cart" button.

Please make sure you have selected the correct size, colour and any other applicable product options. If everything is correct, click the "Proceed to checkout" button.

On the information page, enter your correct delivery details and make sure all information is accurate. Once you have completed these details, click "Continue to shipping".

On the "Shipping" page, you will have the opportunity to review the delivery information you entered.

Every shipment is sent completely free of charge. As a token of our appreciation to our customers, we cover the cost of standard shipping and delivery.

You can then proceed by clicking "Proceed to payment".

PAYMENT METHODS

At Clara Richmond, available payment options are processed through secure, encrypted payment systems.

Depending on availability at checkout, payment methods may include:

All eligible Clara Richmond orders are delivered to your door with free standard shipping, with no minimum order value required.

POST-PURCHASE OFFERS

After completing your order, you may be shown a special optional offer for an additional product. This offer is entirely voluntary.

If you accept this offer, a new, separate payment in the stated amount will be charged to your chosen payment method. This transaction may appear separately on your bank statement.

Your original order will not be affected if you choose not to accept the offer.

Standard shipping for products purchased through eligible post-purchase offers is also free of charge.
