RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Clara Richmond, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you may return eligible items in accordance with the policy below.

Please note that we do not currently offer free returns. Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return period, beginning on the day you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused, except as reasonably necessary to inspect the item

• In their original condition

• Returned with all original tags, accessories and packaging where applicable

• Free from marks, make-up, perfume, damage or other signs of wear

We reserve the right to reduce a refund where an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, where permitted by applicable law.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To begin a return, please contact us at:

Please include:

• Your full name

• Your order number

• The item(s) you wish to return

• Your reason for returning the item

• Photographs or video if the item is damaged, defective or incorrect

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide you with the appropriate return address and return instructions.

Please do not return your order to the address shown on the original parcel unless we specifically instruct you to do so. Returns sent to an unauthorised address may not be accepted or processed.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

For standard returns where you have changed your mind, ordered the wrong size or otherwise no longer want the item, the direct cost of returning the item is your responsibility.

Our fulfilment network may include international return facilities, and depending on the product and fulfilment location, your designated return address may be outside the United Kingdom.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining your proof of postage until your return has been completed.

This does not affect any rights you may have where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise not in conformity with your statutory rights.

RIGHT TO CANCEL ONLINE ORDERS

To exercise this right, you must clearly inform us of your decision to cancel within the applicable cancellation period.

After notifying us, you should return the goods within 14 days.

Unless we have agreed otherwise or applicable law requires us to bear the cost, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. (GOV.UK)

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please remember that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from its description, contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number together with clear photographs or videos showing the issue.

We will assess the problem and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, repair or refund, depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights.

EXCHANGES

If you would like another size, colour or product, please contact our customer service team.

Where a direct exchange is unavailable, you may need to return the original item and place a new order.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We do not accept order cancellations after they have been confirmed. If your order has already been dispatched, you may exercise any applicable return or cancellation rights after receiving it.

INTERNATIONAL FULFILMENT & RETURNS

To provide our collections to customers efficiently, Clara Richmond works with international fulfilment partners.

As a result, some orders may be dispatched from fulfilment facilities outside the United Kingdom.

Returns may also need to be sent to the designated international facility associated with your order. Always contact us before returning an item so that we can provide the correct return address.

Customers are responsible for standard return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed by Clara Richmond.

POST-PURCHASE OFFERS

After completing an order, you may occasionally be presented with an optional post-purchase offer.

Accepting such an offer constitutes a separate purchase and may result in a separate charge to your chosen payment method.

Declining the offer will not affect your original order.

Items purchased through post-purchase offers are subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
